I'm Mehdi Slayki, a web developer based in Pau, France, and I've been practicing Nonviolent Communication since 2021.
I am not a CNVC (Center for Nonviolent Communication) Certified Trainer. I don't teach NVC. I built this platform because I wanted a place to practice the core distinctions — observation vs. judgment, feeling vs. pseudo-feeling, need vs. strategy — and I opened it to others.
LinkedInCNV Academy is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with CNVC, ACNV, Coop CNV, or any organization in the NVC network. None of them has reviewed or endorsed it.
The name refers to the method the platform is built to practice. It does not refer to an institution.
The interactive tools, exercises, dialogue simulator and blog articles are designed and written by me. They are not certified. They are based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg and the Center for Nonviolent Communication, and they are not a substitute for training with a certified person.
Only CNVC Certified Trainers can publish courses on this platform. I check certification against the official CNVC directory before anything goes live.
The first 10 certified trainers to publish get a 5% commission for life, instead of 12%.

"Nonviolent Communication", "NVC", "Communication NonViolente" and "CNV" are trademarks of the Center for Nonviolent Communication. CNV Academy uses them to refer to the method, in line with CNVC's guidelines for sharing NVC by people who are not certified trainers.
