These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of online courses on the CNV Academy platform. By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of Mehdi SLAYKI - CNV Academy ("the Seller") and any person ("the Customer") purchasing online courses through the website cnv-academy.com.
CNV Academy offers online courses on Nonviolent Communication (NVC), created by certified independent trainers. Each course includes:

CNV Academy also offers a subscription providing access to AI tools and the CNV dialogue simulator:
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) inclusive of all taxes. CNV Academy reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but courses will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order validation.
Promotional offers and discounts are valid for the indicated duration and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
Subscription prices are displayed including all taxes. Renewal is at the current rate, unless prior notice of a price change is given at least 30 days before renewal.
CNV Academy operates on a commission model:
The sale is considered final upon payment confirmation. You will immediately receive access to your course.
Accepted payment methods:
All transactions are secured by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. CNV Academy never has access to your full banking information.
For subscriptions, payment is automatically charged at each annual billing date. You can view and manage your subscription from your account or via the Stripe billing portal.
Access to the purchased course is immediate after payment confirmation. You can access your courses from your dashboard, 24/7, from any device connected to the internet.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials or course content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
Purchased courses include unlimited access as long as CNV Academy maintains the platform.
For subscriptions, access to AI tools and the simulator is conditional on maintaining an active subscription.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.
However, CNV Academy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
For subscriptions, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided you have not substantially used the services during this period.
Refund conditions:
Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted purchases exceeding 50% off, unless required by law.
CNV Academy is committed to providing quality educational content. However, CNV Academy cannot guarantee specific results from taking courses, as learning depends on individual effort and application.
The customer is responsible for the security of their login credentials and for any use made of their account.
All course content (videos, texts, images, exercises) is protected by copyright. The purchase of a course grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal educational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

CNV Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of order. Customers will be informed of any significant changes.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning "the consumer dispute mediation process", after contacting us and if no satisfactory response has been provided, you have the option to use, free of charge, a consumer mediation procedure through:

If mediation fails, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office (Pau), unless a mandatory legal provision assigns jurisdiction to another court.
