1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of Mehdi SLAYKI - CNV Academy ("the Seller") and any person ("the Customer") purchasing online courses through the website cnv-academy.com.

2. Products and Services

CNV Academy offers online courses on Nonviolent Communication (NVC), created by certified independent trainers. Each course includes:

Video lessons and/or written content
Practical exercises and quizzes
Downloadable resources (where applicable)
A certificate of completion
Lifetime access to purchased content

Course descriptions are available on each course page before purchase.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) inclusive of all taxes. CNV Academy reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but courses will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order validation.

Promotional offers and discounts are valid for the indicated duration and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

CNV Academy operates on a commission model:

Pioneer Program (first 10 trainers): 5% commission for life
Standard Trainers: 12% commission

4. Ordering Process

Select the desired course
Create an account or log in
Apply a discount code (optional)
Choose the payment method
Validate the order and make payment
Receive confirmation by email

The sale is considered final upon payment confirmation. You will immediately receive access to your course.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Secure payment via Stripe

All transactions are secured by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. CNV Academy never has access to your full banking information.

6. Access to Courses

Access to the purchased course is immediate after payment confirmation. You can access your courses from your dashboard, 24/7, from any device connected to the internet.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials or course content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

Purchased courses include lifetime access, meaning you retain access as long as CNV Academy operates the platform.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

However, CNV Academy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.

8. Refund Policy

Refund conditions:

Request made within 30 days of purchase
Less than 30% of course content completed
Request submitted via email to [email protected]
Refund processed within 14 business days
Refund made to the original payment method

Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted purchases exceeding 50% off, unless required by law.

9. Liability

Seller's liability:

CNV Academy is committed to providing quality educational content. However, CNV Academy cannot guarantee specific results from taking courses, as learning depends on individual effort and application.

Customer's liability:

The customer is responsible for the security of their login credentials and for any use made of their account.

10. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, texts, images, exercises) is protected by copyright. The purchase of a course grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal educational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Modifications

CNV Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of order. Customers will be informed of any significant changes.

13. Disputes and Mediation

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediation service free of charge. The designated mediator is:
