1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CNV Academy ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CNV Academy provides an online learning platform where instructors can create and sell courses, and students can enroll in and access educational content. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Access to online courses and educational content
• Course creation and management tools for instructors
• Progress tracking and certificate generation
• Payment processing for course purchases
• Community features and discussion forums
• AI-powered CNV analysis and practice tools (Demasqueur, Preparateur, Merci Plus, CNV Profile, Connected Wheel)
• CNV dialogue simulator with OSBD scoring and AI feedback
• Personalized CNV profile with progress tracking
• Recurring subscription for full access to AI tools

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on CNV Academy.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission from the content owner.

4bis. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Some features use artificial intelligence models (Anthropic Claude) to provide analyses, suggestions, and simulations. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are educational suggestions and do not constitute professional advice (psychological, medical, or legal)
• AI may produce inaccurate or inappropriate results
• Text you enter into AI tools is processed by our provider Anthropic but is not used to train the models
• Access to AI features may be limited (daily quotas, subscription required)

5. Payment and Refunds

When you purchase a course, you agree to pay the specified price. Our refund policy allows for refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the course content and have completed less than 30% of it. Refund requests should be submitted through our support system.

For AI tools subscriptions: renewal is automatic. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is made for the current period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or distribute malicious software
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Copy, download, or redistribute course content without permission

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI tools are provided 'as is'. CNV Academy does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of analyses and suggestions generated by AI.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CNV Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning "the consumer dispute mediation process", after contacting us and if no satisfactory response has been provided, you have the option to use, free of charge, a consumer mediation procedure through:
