Terms governing the relationship between CNV Academy and instructors

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Mehdi SLAYKI - CNV Academy, Entreprise Individuelle (Auto-entrepreneur), SIRET 83863776700057 (hereinafter "the Platform") and any person wishing to offer training courses on the CNV Academy platform (hereinafter "the Instructor").
Role of the Platform: CNV Academy acts as a technical intermediary between instructors and learners. The Platform provides the technological infrastructure, payment system, and visibility for training courses.
To become an instructor on CNV Academy, you must:
CNV Academy reserves the right to refuse any application without having to justify its decision.
CNV Academy operates on a commission model. For each sale, the Platform retains a percentage as follows:
5%
Reserved for the first 10 instructors. This rate is guaranteed for life, regardless of future rate changes.
12%
Applied to all instructors from the 11th registration onwards.
Example: For a course sold at 100 EUR, a Pioneer instructor receives 95 EUR and a Standard instructor receives 88 EUR.
Note: Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 1.4% + 0.25 EUR per transaction) are already included in this commission and are not charged separately.
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. This system allows direct transfers to your bank account after automatic deduction of the platform commission.
Stripe processes payouts weekly (every Monday for the previous week's sales). The transfer to your bank account takes 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
For each sale, CNV Academy issues a commission invoice to the instructor. These invoices are available in your instructor dashboard under "Revenue > Invoices".
The instructor is solely responsible for the content they publish on the platform, including:
Prohibited content: defamatory, discriminatory, violent, illegal content, or content contrary to public order and morality.
The instructor retains full intellectual property rights over the content they create. By publishing on CNV Academy, the instructor grants the Platform:
In case of account termination, the instructor can request the removal of their content. Learners who have already purchased the course retain their access.
The instructor can terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Pending payments will be transferred within 30 days. Existing enrollments remain active.
CNV Academy reserves the right to terminate an instructor account in case of:
IMPORTANT: As an instructor on CNV Academy, you are personally responsible for your tax and social declarations.
Your obligations include:
If your annual income from the platform exceeds 8,557 EUR, you are required to affiliate with the French social security system (SSI/URSSAF). You will be automatically notified when approaching this threshold.
In accordance with Article 242 bis of the French Tax Code, CNV Academy sends each instructor an annual statement of their income before January 31st. This document facilitates your tax return.
CNV Academy cannot be held responsible for an instructor's failure to comply with their tax and social obligations.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought by contacting support. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Paris.

CNV Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Instructors will be notified by email of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
