Understanding Suspicious
In NVC, "Suspicious" is a unpleasant feeling that tells us about our unsatisfied needs. Recognizing this feeling is the first step to understanding what truly matters to us.
"Suspicious" contains an interpretation of others' intentions. In NVC, we prefer pure feelings like "mistrustful", "worried", or "uneasy".
