Tips to Remember

Observations include specific details: numbers, times, exact quotes.

"Always", "never", "everyone" are signs of judgment, not observation.

Words like "lazy", "selfish", "rude" are judgments, not facts.

If you're assuming what someone thinks or wants, it's a judgment.
